Job description
The Concur Specialist will support a global client’s travel team in overseeing their online booking tool. The role would work closely with Concur, Traveler Care and other cross functional teams. The individual will need to have technical knowledge of the online booking tool and support navigation escalations, agency administration, 3rd party technical integration into GBT systems and processes.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Case management which includes raising, tracking and bringing technical issues to closure.
- Maintain activity/case support log for review of recurring or system issues.
- Support regular site audits.
- Provide recommendations for improvement and optimizing online usage.
- Act as a liaison between GBT operational teams and the OBT vendor.
- Cascade relevant OBT updates to Traveler Care teams.
- Address Level 2 escalations from navigation teams.
- Conduct training to Traveler Care and internal team members.
- Set up sites for global meetings and support testing efforts prior to event launches.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Knowledge of online booking tools: Concur
- Experience administering changes in the OBT configuration
- Attention to detail and organization skills.
- 5+ years’ experience in the travel industry
- GDS knowledge: Apollo, Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo

The US national annual base salary range for this position is from $46,000 to $93,000. The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for an annual Performance Based Incentive, which rewards participants based on company performance, one of our metric-driven Sales Incentive Plans (certain direct sales roles only), or one of our Client Management Incentive Award (CMIA) programs. An eligible employee can only participate in one of these plans during an eligible period.
