Did you know it takes about seven seconds for someone to form a first impression? Our friendly, welcoming concierges are often the first person someone sees when they visit our community. Walker Methodist Plaza is recruiting for a concierge to interact with residents, family members, visitors, and staff in a respectful manner while providing the highest level of customer service. Responsibilities include daily interaction with residents, family members, and visitors via in-person or phone. The concierge is the first point of contact for visitors and phone calls to this community.
Schedule:

• Every other weekend 8am-4:30pm and Fridays 4pm-8pm
• Rotating holiday schedule
• Opportunity to pick up shifts as needed

Minimum qualifications:

• High level of professionalism and personal standard of a positive attitude, behavior, and appearance
• Communicate effectively and provide outstanding customer service with the ability to speak clearly and distinctly
• Sensitivity to resident needs and the ability to build positive relationships
• Prioritize, organize, problem solve, and* meet deadlines and goals*
• Deal with emergencies calmly and effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Intermediate computer skills
• One year of experience in a receptionist/customer service-related position
• Ability to live Walker Methodist's customer service principles
