Experienced Computer "Hardware" Repair Technician With Management Experience!

We are looking for an Experienced Customer Service Oriented, Qualified, Computer “Hardware” Technician with Management Experience and a Proven Track Record to install, repair and maintain computers, tablets, cell phones, TVs and other personal electronic devices while managing business results.

As a qualified computer hardware repair technician you will be detailed and well-versed in the repair of all types of computer hardware. The ideal candidate will be able to work diligently and accurately and will possess great problem-solving abilities in order to fix issues and ensure functionality.

Our mission is to provide our clients with the Ultimate Technology Experience though servicing and repairing their computers, tablets, cell phones and other personal electronic devices.

Responsibilities

• Managing others to achieve results
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues
• Troubleshoot system failures or bugs and provide solutions to restore functionality
• Set up hardware and install and configure software and drivers
• Offer timely technical support and teach users how to utilize computers correctly
• Keep detail records of repairs and fixes for future reference

Skills

• Proven experience as computer hardware repair technician
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Ability to diagnose a Mac or PC computer hardware issue, sourcing the parts and successfully putting the device back together again and testing all the functionality
• Attention to details
• Thorough knowledge of computer systems and IT components
• Very good communication abilities
• Exceptional organizing and time-management skills
• Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+) will be a plus
• Great listener
• Ability to lead and manage

We currently have two offices with plans to open another as soon as possible. One office is in the Hampden area of Baltimore City and our other office is in Cockeysville-Hunt Valley area. Our team members regularly are scheduled to take care of our clients in both offices. In addition, we perform Managed IT Services for small and medium clients whether on-site in their offices or remotely.

We are a looking for people who have the ability and the goal of being great at what they do. If you are motivated to provide great service to clients and have the technical ability to repair stuff, i.e., computers, tablets, cell phones, TVs, etc., we have a great career opening for you.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.50 - $16.50 per hour

• Weekend availability

Experience:

• Computer Software Troubleshooting and Repair: 1 year (Preferred)
• Computer Hardware Troubleshooting: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
