- Prepares correspondence and communicates with Boards of Pharmacy and other regulatory agencies as necessary.
- Drafts applications for initial review and coordinates timely submissions to Boards as needed (e.g. renewals, new licenses, PIC changes, etc.)
- Provides regulatory compliance administrative assistance for companywide licensing initiatives.
- Assists in communicating with Boards of Pharmacy and other regulatory agencies requests for information where applicable.
- Utilizes electronic document management system to manage compliance documents (e.g., PIC changes, discipline, investigations) and creates new workflows when opportunities arise.
- Drafts and maintains various state reports and registrations as required (e.g. Secretary of State registrations, annual reports, etc.)
- Utilizes electronic document management system to manage additional reporting and registration requirements (e.g. for Secretary of State registrations, annual reporting requirements, etc.). Maintains schedule of licensing renewals, regulatory state requirements and notice deadlines and communicates upcoming deadlines to compliance manager as necessary.
- Utilizes Registered Agent site to monitor RA status, compliance and required state filings and ensures timely submission of information for compliance.
- Monitors and supports compliance with state and local business registrations, tax accounts, periodic reports, and associated filings working with accounting team.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
