Brown & Brown’s Risk Solutions team, formerly known as Beecher Carlson, is looking for an individual to join the National Property Practice in Atlanta, GA as a Compliance Risk Analyst.
As a Compliance Risk Analyst, you will develop processes necessary for the company and internal and external customers, such as Fortune 1000 large complex Property accounts, to remain compliant with regulatory compliance requirements.Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Policy Collection, Tracking & Invoicing
- Create/Update Tracking Sheet for each insurance program, keeping up with consistent communications between all insurers.
- Begin collecting policies post binding. Collect mid-term endorsements, if applicable. If corrections need to be made, follow up with underwriter(s) on a revised policy/endorsement.
- Collect and review any international policies.
- Upon receipt of a policy, conduct initial review for broker utilizing WORDSENSA. Consult with broker on any differences from expiring. Final review of policy should also be checked by the broker.
- Complete POLICY CHECKLIST for broker to review final policy.
- Prepare policy delivery issuance letters/draft email for clients. Coordinate with the broker on sending to the client.
- Save quotes, binders, policies, invoices, policy checklists, presentations, relevant emails in IMAGERIGHT. Broker is responsible for correspondence to client and underwriters.
- Upload policies and/or quotes and binders on COLLABOR8, as required by client.
- Work with invoicing team and brokers to coordinate unpaid premiums and follow up with carriers for invoices. Unpaid premium email notifications usually occur close to one month post binding.
- Coordinate with Invoicing team on PREMIUM FINANCE AGREEMENTS, if applicable. Save documentation in IMAGERIGHT.
- Coordinate with Surplus lines team if any surplus lines forms and further documentation are needed. Additionally, coordinate with broker on any signatures needed by client. Save documentation in IMAGERIGHT.
- Consistently update the Risk Analyst playbook as needed.
- Other supportive tasks as needed within the practice.
- Assist with special projects as needed
- Maintain relationships with various brokers and risk analysts relative to areas of responsibility
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must have middle market to large property brokerage experience
- Two to Five years of business experience in a professional office environment required
Physical Requirements Necessary on a Regular Basis:
- Manual dexterity, arm and upper body range of motion sufficient for use of a keyboard, mouse and telephone 7-8 hours per day.
- Speech and hearing sufficient for in-person and telephone communication 7-8 hours per day.
- Vision sufficient for use of a computer monitor.
- Ability to sit at a desk 7-8 hours per day.
