Under immediate supervision, provides clerical and administrative compliance support. Relying on standardized instructions and pre-established guidelines, this role is responsible for accomplishing the following assignments. These assignments are routine in nature. The ideal candidate should have the equivalent of a High School degree and 2 years' experience. Overtime hours may be required to fulfill job responsibilities.

Location: Encino, CA

Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in office 2 from home) Mon- Friday 8-5 pm 37.5 HOURS PER WEEK

Status: Direct Hire

Pay: $23.38-$29

What you’ll be doing:

· Create, mail, and file communications with regulatory authorities and other parties of interest.

· Create and maintain monthly reporting of Compliance issues, monthly calendars, and long-term projects.

· Possess and have ability to apply basic knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures

Planning

  • Follow work plans, established timelines, and predefined goals for assigned work.
  • Meet commitments on deadlines.

Communication

  • Develop strong customer focus and high service level relationships with clients.

Cost Management

  • Perform work thoroughly in a cost-efficient manner and at a high productivity level.
  • Utilize company resources effectively.

Business Controls and Policies

  • Comply with all corporate policies and procedures.
  • Take all reasonable steps to safeguard company assets against waste, loss, unauthorized use, and misappropriation.
  • Report breakdown in controls to a supervisor or manager.

People Management

  • No people management responsibility.

Your strengths and experience may include:

· Good written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy

· Good organizational and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

· Proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office Package (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word)

· May be required to remain stationary for extended periods of time

· May be required to move up to 10 pounds

· Must be able to operate a computer and other devices

· Close vision and ability to adjust focus, such as required to read a computer screen

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $23.28 - $29.00 per hour
