The Compliance Analyst - Governance is responsible for developing and implementing operating guidelines, ensuring compliance with operating policies & procedures and operations are in line with contractual agreements, including the education of key stakeholders. The role will suit a process driven, commercially minded self-starter seeking to progress their career in a progressive and forward-looking company.


Manage Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance (ESG) Program (30%)

  • ESG promotion coordination with Marketing and Brands teams Example
  • Corporate Responsibility Statements
  • Stakeholder Responsibility Programs

Technical Functions (35%)

  • Administration of digital platforms and support
  • Email Distribution List Management

Administrative Functions (35%)

  • Records Management
  • Archive Management
  • Stated Meeting Oversight

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 1-3 years in corporate governance or compliance. Alcohol beverage regulatory background, experience with a law firm and/or alcohol beverage company a plus.
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance and related business law; including corporate structures (corporations, LLCs), corporate minutes, qualifications, trade names.
  • Passionate about constantly improving performance as well as remaining positive and goal-oriented during challenges
  • Strong organization skills such as optimally prioritizing and focusing on delivering tangible results within timelines
  • Ability to function in an intricate, fast-paced environment with minimal direction. A certain level of independent decision making is expected.
  • Experience with building robust compliance related processes and policies, both internal and external.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. This would include a strong ability to thoroughly articulate compliance risks to key personnel.
  • Ability to apply compliance-related concepts as well as leverage business and industry expertise to develop sophisticated business solutions.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat Professional.
