Responsibilities

Compliance Analyst will ensure that the organizations operations and procedures are meeting company compliance standards. Additionally, Compliance Analyst will be asked to evaluate risk policies and procedures, communicate requirements, and identify those that are out of compliance for both clients and personnel. This position will report directly to the Compliance Supervisor.

• Audit, organize, and process information through documentation to ensure compliance.
• Assists the planning, organization, and execution of audits related to clients and personnel.
• Daily client and personnel review using reporting and tools. Responsible for seeking out warning signs and trends to provide feedback to Compliance Supervisor.
• Proactively identify higher level risk issues and opportunities for additional training to Compliance Supervisor.
• Assists with weekly portfolio reporting and risk analysis follow up from the operations team.
• Research and monitor selected departments for out of compliance trends (SBA, MCA, audit procedures, risk review procedures, yield, etc.)
• Identify efficiencies and scalable options that assist in the compliance duties as the company grows.
• Other responsibilities and duties assigned as needed.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates must possess a strong attention to detail and the ability to approach new ideas, situations, and suggestions with conviction.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
• 2 plus years of office experience in a transportation/financial setting
• Strong customer relations ability/experience with analytical and technical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and PC applications
• Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Demonstrated organizational and prioritization skills to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work in a team environment
