Position Benefits - Flexible schedule to accommodate your needs, independent working environment, and getting enjoyment out of helping our seniors one on one.

Duties can include:

• Light housekeeping like laundry, linen changes and straightening.
• Assisting with medication reminders
• Concierge services such as shopping, companionship, and light meal prep.

Qualifications:

• Minimum age of 18 years of age
• Patient, kind and enthusiastic
• Has the ability to read and follow written instructions and document services provided
• CPR certification preferred
• 1 year prior experience prefered but not required

Innovative Home Services (IHS) provides concierge, personal care, and nursing services to the residents in an upscale independent living senior community. Our mission is to help our clients have the best life experience they can have, and our philosophy centers around personalized services that cater to the individual needs of each client.

Many roles in the community may require that we ask about your vaccination status. This could include MMR, chicken pox, hepatitis, flu and COVID-19 vaccine status. Please note that all employees are required to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination, or apply for and receive an approved exemption, as a condition of employment.
