We’ve been experiencing tremendous growth over the past few years due to our internal operations and procedures, local approach and high touch customer experience. We're expanding the sales team to keep up with our expansion.

We’re looking for talented in-home sales professionals with an emphasis on becoming a manager in 4-6 months to join our team and help us continue to grow. As a sales consultant at Maryland Community Solar, you'll have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals, sell innovative products, services, and make a real impact in the renewable energy industry with tremendous opportunities for growth. Not to mention, saving most homeowners thousands of dollars on their electricity bills in the process.

We have solar consultant roles open from Maine to Washington D.C., exclusively promoted from within on the sales side and are looking for anyone that is hungry for growth, has a positive attitude and a student mentality. We offer competitive weekly compensation, 11 day training to get you from 0 solar knowledge to a closer, monthly & quarterly bonuses, annual sales trips for top performers and an interactive team environment.
