Job description
This is a limited-term position, 32- 40 hours per week with benefits, through June 30, 2024.
The County of Calaveras, First 5 Division of Health and Human Services is seeking a Limited Term Community Services Liaison to join their team. First 5 is looking for a person that will play a vital role in achieving the goals of the Family Strengthening Program by supporting local families to enhance their well-being through identifying a family’s strengths and needs, creating a family action plan, and connecting families to local community resources and supports.
Under general direction of the Mental Health Director, the incumbent to this position represents a specific population and/or peer group for resource development, coordination and liaison between agencies and consumers.
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: $17.40 - $21.13 per hour
