About Springtide Child Development

Springtide is a VC-backed rapidly-growing company that offers integrative, evidence-based care for children with autism and other developmental delays. We offer ABA, speech therapy, occupational therapy, and social skills classes all under one roof. Our experienced, interdisciplinary team works collaboratively to develop personalized care plans and evidence-based treatments all while using digital tools to transform the way behavioral care is delivered.

1-in-54 children are diagnosed with Autism in the US today, and there is a severe gap in both the quality and quantity of available treatment options. Springtide is building national best-in-class clinics, to help these children reach their greatest potential and elevate the standard of care. Here's how we do it:

  • Family-centered experience: At Springtide, our number one priority is our children and their families, regardless of their background and circumstance. We are a one-stop shop for all therapies, and coordinate care across schools, pediatricians, and other caregivers.
  • Highest clinical quality: We offer data-driven clinical outcomes. We provide parents transparency into the clinical process and ensure consistent quality through our hiring, operations, and proprietary technology.

About the Role

We are searching for a talented and professional Sr. Associate to build, grow and maintain all clinical and business community outreach activities, including events. You will be responsible for cultivating relationships with diagnosticians, pediatricians, therapists, businesses, individuals, and other relevant organizations.

You need to be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and community-driven to take on this exciting role. This position requires someone equipped with a positive attitude and readiness to be a team player.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive client acquisition by building relationships with community stakeholders, including pediatricians, therapists, school systems, social workers, and birth to three programs.
  • Work closely with the field team to identify/support local opportunities, partnerships and relationships and to develop targeted outreach strategies in each of our markets.
  • Maintain a calendar of outreach activities, including community events, national events, workshops, appearances, and other communication opportunities.
  • Nurture new and old relationships with collaborative partners.
  • Identify and coordinate national and local events to build brand awareness, and grow community engagement and enrollment.
  • Assist in the organization, staffing, and material/swag preparation of events and sponsorships.
  • This candidate will be regularly traveling throughout Massachusetts to meet with community partners and must also be willing to travel occasionally to other Springtide regions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, or related fields.
  • Ability to travel within MA and to CT 60% of the time. Majority of travel will be in MA.
  • A car and driver's license are required for the role, and a location in Massachusetts is strongly preferred.
  • Preferred experience of 3-5 years within clinical community outreach activities.
  • Outstanding written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management experience.
  • Friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
  • Bilingual, English plus Spanish or Portuguese preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
