Job description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present the Substance Use Prevention Services (SUPS) educational program to Tazewell County youth.
- Use best practices and evidence-based programs to target and impact the health of adolescents.
- Conduct student surveys to assess healthy behaviors.
- Prepare and disseminates educational and informational materials to parents and community members.
· Develop and maintain collaboration among school personnel and partner agencies.
· Implement community awareness campaigns.
· Assist in compiling and preparing program statistics and reports.
· Actively work toward the division’s goals, objectives and quality improvement plans.
Education and/or Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Community Health Education or related field required
· 1 year experience required
Job Type: Full-time
