Looking for a Community Group Home Manager

Basic Schedule: Live-in position (24 hours a day/7 days a week); one week on, one week off.

On a daily basis, each staff member provides loving care for the residents, helping each one reach their highest potentialBasic Job Description/Responsibilities for Community Group Home Manager:The Community Group Home Manager is responsible for assisting residents to develop their lives in a normal home-like atmosphere.
This position requires the knowledge of all the principles of household management including basic nutrition & cooking, money management, personal relationships, human behavior, the developmental model of normalization, as well as management training and supervision and communication skills.
Responsible for all needs of residents at all times; provide continuous supervision for residents.
Act as a positive role model for residents.
Provide residents with safe transportation.
Provide a happy and home-like environment for residents.

Required Job Skills/Experience:Two years general work experience.
Prefer experience and/or education in the human service field or related areas (special education, psychology, social work, child development, nursing, communication therapy, etc.)
Ability to read, write, understand and follow directions; basic computer skills; current/valid driver’s license
Minimum 21 years of age.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $41,000.00 per year
