    Job Summary:
    • Create a welcoming and inclusive “customer” interaction with Community Education by greeting visitors, instructors, and staff; responding to phone calls; answering questions; processing registrations and/or cancellations, creating way-finding tools, processing mail, etc.
    • Assist the program coordinator with the development of high-quality Adult Enrichment offerings and promotion through a variety of clerical tasks, such as computer entry, scheduling, writing, editing, proofreading, and preparing content for graphic design, generating rosters/labels/letters.
    • Assist program instructors by confirming arrangements, securing needed class materials/supplies, coordinating room arrangements, making changes to schedules, etc.
    • Reconcile daily deposits and Ucare invoices, and arrange for account billing.
    • Assist clerical colleagues as needed when workloads demand.
    • Accept and perform other duties within the level of responsibility as assigned by the supervisor.

    Qualifications:
    • Commitment to providing high quality customer service and building positive workplace culture.
    • Excellent interpersonal and public engagement skills.
    • Ability to prioritize, organize, and work independently and in a team, manage multiple tasks, and deal with frequent interruptions/distractions.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including writing/proofreading.
    • Comfortable using current software tools and the ability to learn new ones. (Most common ones in use are Eleyo, Facebook, Google Docs/Sheets/Drives, Microsoft Excel/Word, and Skylert.)
    • Comfort providing telephone customer service.
    • Flexibility in a fast-paced, variable environment.
