We are seeking to hire a
Community Association Manager for our Sedona, AZ
community
. The Community Association Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a Sedona community. This is a great opportunity for an experienced community manager with
3+ years of community management experience.

Qualifications:
- Community Management Background (3+ Years Experience)
- Management skills a must
- Professional and friendly Demeanor
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and highly organized
- Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal
- Works wells independently
- Team player
- Computer savvy – Outlook , Word and Excel
Position Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a professional relationship with the Board of Directors and members of the community
- Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of applicable State , federal and local laws
- Facilitate and attend community meetings - Preparation of Board Packets
- Oversee with the Compliance Administrator CC&R’s and governing documents
- Assist the Board of Directors with Annual Budget
- Manage and maintain community documents and records
- Review contractual services and on-site work as needed - Project Management
- Ensure vendors, contractors requests are appropriately executed maintaining records of service
- Community communications as needed
