Responsibilities:

• Create and edit a wide range of writing assignments across multiple companywide channels (Intranet, email, digital signage, broadcasts)
• Work closely with business partners to understand their communication needs, provide needed expertise and deliver timely content
• Support key internal events
• Work cross functionally across teams, businesses and functions to ensure alignment
• Engages stakeholders and builds strong relationships
• Superior writing and editing skills - recognized for creativity and "near perfection" writing and editing skills and often asked to edit the work of others
• Knowledge and understanding of employee communications methodologies, tools, and vehicles
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills
• Strong visual and storytelling skills
• Superior organization and program management skills
• Able to influence decision-makers to support communication using the correct tone, style, channels and messaging
• Asks questions, wants to learn and looks for ways to improve/innovate
• Self-starter who can get stuff done - multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Ability to work well in a team and as an individual contributor
• Adept with use of the Microsoft Office suite and SharePoint, a plus
• Ability to follow/understand Policies and procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
