Title: Corporate Communications Associate

Summary:
Assist with communication based initiatives and activities. Assess processes related to tasks or projects in communications. Receive direction from leadership and exercise judgment while developing understanding of the processes used in communications. Provide data to management and teams, including customers if needed.
Responsibilities:
- Resource will be supporting the transformation of communications paragraph library which includes 3,000+ paragraphs of content
- Performing content reviews with the business and making updates/ changes
- Move content to publishing, making additional changes, getting approvals, then working with publishers to push final product
- Complete tickets coming through JIRA asking for new language or language updates (Working 20-30 tickets per month)
- Tickets can take roughly 1-2 months to move from inception to completion
- Reach out to business partners to get answers on issues or variables
- Manage timelines
Qualifications:
- Writing content for an end-user customer (customer friendly documentation)
- Corporate communications – experience writing/ editing policies, empathy statements, etc..
- Finance experience is very helpful (to understand context)
- Must be able to comprehend, review docs, ensuring matches/ alignment.
- MS Suite - MS Word/ Outlooks – templates (may occasionally utilize some Excel and/or PowerPoint
