What are we looking for?

We are seeking a proven, highly motivated, sales focused individual to build a Loan and Deposit portfolio and be part of our Ogden Commercial Banking team.

What will your day look like? You will be:
Calling on sophisticated commercial prospects and customers to discuss their needs and strategies, provide financial insights, advise and provide your expertise in complex loan structuring and strategic business planning.
Satisfying clients’ needs by identifying bank products and services that are designed to create efficiency, improve technology and provide a full array of value driven products and services.
Identify and develop a calling strategy for successfully obtaining new clients and expanding and retaining existing customer relationships while growing revenue.
Approving and/or recommending credit requests.
Managing loan and deposit portfolios to ensure credit quality and risk-based pricing.
Maintaining and developing a personal knowledge of Zions Bank products and services as well as banking laws, regulations and internal policies and procedures appropriate to the position.

We want someone who has :
6+ years or more of proven sales experience in commercial banking .
Powerful relationship management and business development skills.
Advanced knowledge of credit and loan structuring.
Working knowledge of deposit products and services.
Positive interactions with Credit Approvers, Risk Officers and Senior Leadership.
A strong sense of urgency and commitment to loan and deposit growth goals and objectives.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, and Economics or a related subject or equivalent experience.
