We are looking for a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser to join our great team. The successful candidate will be able to produce high-quality CRE appraisal and consulting assignments. Candidates must have a Certified General License or be able to obtain in the near term. Geographic coverage areas include North & South Carolina.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Certified General Appraiser license (or ability ot obtain)
• MAI designation is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, Sharepoint
• Home office capabilities (if prefered to work remote)
• Strong writing and analytical skills

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
