Moran Logistics has an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Maintenance Technician.

As a member of the maintenance team, you will provide facilities and property maintenance on our properties. This includes but not limited to troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing on our grounds, buildings, and equipment.

Essential Job Functions include:

• Electrical and Plumbing repairs
• Carpentry including – painting, tile/carpet replacements, drywall, install and replacing ceiling tiles as needed, etc.
• Build as needed from ground up including offices and remodel projects.
• Commercial roof repairs
• Responsible for ground maintenance and snow removal
• Changing work priorities as needed
• Operating heavy equipment
• Using hand and power tools
• Respond to emergency calls and texts.
• Assume other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Candidate must:

• Be self-motivated, enjoy working alone and with a team.
• Must have reliable transportation, and valid driver's license (CDL a plus)
• Communicate with management on the status of projects.
• Assume other duties as assigned.
• Must be able to do heavy lifting, reaching, kneeling, standing, and walking for long periods of time.
• Read and write in English.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
