Salary: $18.00-$22.00 Per Hour.

Job Type: Full Time M-F

Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Description and Responsibilities:

Assist in the operations of a fast-paced insurance office to help build client relationships and handle a variety of customer service tasks.

Some of the expectations include: providing an outstanding customer experience for billing, policy change or other client requests; individual and team goal setting; evaluating client needs and offering solutions; and ability to prioritize and work efficiently.

Tasks can include phone answering, email, processing paperwork, client reviews, and sales.

Insurance knowledge is not required and will be trained.

Assisting a high-volume amount of clients in a very timely manner daily.

Requirements:

Must have excellent customer service, phone and computer skills.

Must enjoy building relationships with people and have an ability to handle multiple tasks and customer requests.

Must have clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Must be very detail oriented

Must be able to efficiently work in a fast-paced environment.

Must have experience working in a very high demand position.

Must understand the importance of completing work in a very timely manner.

This position requires working with a team and a positive and friendly attitude.

Property and Casualty Insurance Licensing required within 30 days of hire. Life and Health Insurance Licensing required within 60 days of hire. (Agency will provide study materials and reimburse for testing and licensing fees.)

Must understand the importance of reaching set goals both individual and agency goals
