Summary

A reputable client is looking for a Project Manager/Estimator to join their team. This individual would be a key component to their doors, frames and hardware team.

Essential Functions

· Works directly with Contractor during submittal process and on-site during project

· Ensure projects are running smoothly, within budget, and completed on time

· Manage multiple construction projects

· Oversee all aspects of the project through each stage

· All other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

· 2 or 4 year degree in construction management preferred

· 3+ years of experience would be ideal

· Prior experience managing projects or estimating projects preferred

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

· Blueprint/plan reading

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of ComSense

· Knowledge of door, frame and hardware

· Excellent oral communication skills and positive interpersonal skills

· Detail oriented is ideal for this type of role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
