SC Services is looking for commercial cleaning / Janitorial sub-contractors to partner with us and help service our clients.

We service various types of buildings and have buildings to be cleaned in the day-time, night-time, and weekends. Some of our current sub-contractors have a few accounts with us and make up to $8,000 per month!

We have contracts available throughout the greater Houston metro area

Benefits:

• Net-15 Payment Terms
• We provide all supplies, chemicals, and equipment (except vacuums)
• We handle the client communication
• No contract purchase fees to work with us!

Qualifications:

• Have experience in the commercial cleaning / janitorial industry. And can provide examples of buildings your team has cleaned before and/or currently cleaning
• Have strong communication skills. (Able to proactively notify us if there is an issue)
• Pass background check
• Have insurance
• Have an established LLC
