Job description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Build a relationship with vehicle owners, autobody technicians, and insurance personnel to negotiate costs, order necessary parts, follow through to close customer sales, and deliver vehicle to the customer.
- Provide customers with accurate and timely updates on the repairs of their vehicle.
- Provide quality inspection, analyze and evaluate damaged vehicles to create a comprehensive and accurate damage report.
Qualifications
- Great Customer Service
- Organizational Skills to meet the high demand of scheduling estimates and getting repairs done as fast as possible while maintaining the highest quality of work and customer service.
- Minimum 1-2 years of Experience.
- Knowledge of Mitchell Connect and CCC1 estimating platforms.
- Familiar with Non-DRP guidelines.
- Bilingual Preferred English and Spanish
