Job Summary:Director of Finance is responsible for assisting the CEO
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Accounting required. Master’s degree and/or CPA preferred.
2. Two years’ experience in management of accounts receivable, accounts payable, collections and payroll skills.
3. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
4. QuickBooks knowledge and experience is required.
5. Must have the ability to prioritize and organize executive level duties.
6. Must be able to display professional appearance and attitude.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
1. Work with the CEO and management team to achieve the mission and goals of the organization through interdepartmental planning, collaboration and coordination.
2. Provide support for and facilitate information exchange between the management team and staff members.
3. Assist in activities of the Finance Department, including A/R, A/P, cash management and other general accounting processes.
4. Provide accurate and timely financial statements and statistical analysis to the CEO and management team.
5. Direct and analyze studies of general economic, business, and financial conditions.
6. Act as liaison with the external CPA firms regarding the annual financial requirements.
7. Other duties as assigned while adhering to the practice of confidentiality regarding patients, families, staff, and the organization.
Physical Demands:
Able to lift, push, and pull light to moderate loads. May occasionally do heavy lifting, pushing or pulling.

1. Current Driver’s License
