• Ensure customer accounts receivable balances are accurate by reviewing and understanding invoicing requirements as outlined in customer contract.
• Analyze assigned portfolios to ensure maximum cash realization, reduced delinquencies and minimize write offs
• Resolve customer disputes
• Ensure customers are invoiced correctly
• Ensure payments are applied properly
• Assists internal and external customers with questions concerning payments and billing
• Meet AR standards in revenue collections
• Update and maintain customer account information as received

The Experience You Will Bring (Minimum Requirements):

• Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2 years’ experience in Accounts Receivables with an emphasis on commercial collections
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to understand and utilize available technologies
• Knowledge of AS400, and PC based computer skills
• Analytical skills to see the bigger picture and resolve the root cause
• Ability to manage large client portfolios

• Experience working with JDE preferred
