Your Responsibilities
As a Collections Team Leader for John Deere Financial located in Johnston, IA, you will:
Provides direct supervision or work direction to departmental personnel including assisting with problem solving, training, and mentoring.- Provides expert advice to department personnel. Assists with situations and decisions involving complicated matters; responds to and resolves more complex issues. Works with advanced and collection accounts, may investigate and assess risks and issues involving customers and dealers.
- Provides or supervises the development of metrics relative to area of oversight. Monitors and analyzes department metrics, data, reports or specific activity; audits effectiveness of strategies, monitors trends in performance of employees; provides regular status reports to management, business units and/or business partners.
- Assists in developing and implementing strategies for specific area of focus; this may include new products, improving established processes, and utilizing metrics to forecast for future needs and growth; participates in tactical planning, and establishment of goals.

Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, sales or marketing or equivalent experience
