We have a great opportunity for a Collections Manager II in our Orlando Credit Card Collections group. This position will lead a team of about 100 employees.

Our Collections group creates and delivers the right solutions by partnering with our customers to provide the right solutions for past due credit card accounts.

Qualifications :
  • Requires minimum of 5 years leadership experience with experience leading large groups of at least 75 employees in a call center environment
  • Requires previous financial experience
  • Collections experience preferred
  • Advanced proficiency with computer functions strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred or relevant experience
