Specific duties:
- Set up and operate progressive headers in an assigned battery.
- Follow all procedures and work instructions.
- Check and record quality per department procedures.
- Maintain good production numbers, low scrap, and high pcs./lbs
- Keep machines and work area clean.
- Follow Safety Rules and Report Unsafe Conditions
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in plant operations or other related fields (Specifically to Cold Heading)
- Familiarity with plant tools and equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to read blueprints for parts
- Basic Math Skills
