White Rock Coffee is looking for a Manager:
If you are interested in working alongside highly trained coffee professionals, with an established career track for leadership, come join a stable and independent coffeehouse and roastery located in the heart of Dallas. With a longstanding tradition of 16 years making Specialty Coffee, four current locations, a SCA certified Brew Lab, full production roastery, a commercial bakery, and a continual desire for growth and development; we need coffee enthusiasts to join our team! We are currently looking for a Manager for one of our shops.
The Coffeehouse Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the coffeehouse in concert with the mission of White Rock Coffee while meeting or exceeding sales, profitability and staff morale. Set a positive tone, achievable goals and be an example for all employees on staff.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience managing high-volume shops in either the coffee or food service industries, proven success managing and supporting a team of 10 or more, and established leadership ability to coach and develop staff at all levels. Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
