Signing Bonus: $500.00 on-boarding bonus, paid on first check

Delivery Driver: In-Town Delivery (Office Coffee Service Route Driver)

Full-Time Position: 40+ Hours per week

Days: Monday - Friday

Shift: First Shift (6:00 am to approximately 3:00 pm)

Warehouse Location: Houston, TX 77043

Compensation: Hourly with Overtime Opportunity - $22.00 - 24.00 per hour

JOB DESCRIPTION: Currently offering a Houston-based route opportunity with great potential for route growth. Delivery, purchasing, stocking, inventorying and minimal warehousing will be required.

• MUST HAVE PREVIOUS OCS EXPERIENCE. (OFFICE COFFEE SERVICE)
• MUST HAVE MERCHANDISING EXPERIENCE
• MUST POSSESS COMMUNICATION AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL SKILLS

In-town (NO overnight work, NO out-of-town deliveries) delivery of office coffee product to client locations. Merchandising, inventorying, stocking, rotating (FIFO) product. A Perks Delivery Driver will manage the client's employee breakroom experience by managing all services, products, inventory levels and breakroom equipment. (Note: This is not a technical service or repair position.) The role combines the best aspects of client management and direct field-oriented logistics, such as inventory management, procurement and stocking.

This is a physical position which requires a strong & agile physical presence with the ability to solo, dead-lift 70 lbs.

This is a field oriented, delivery driver position requiring self-management skills.

SPECIFIC PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This position is labor intensive, requiring lifting, loading and pushing/pulling a significantly high volume of products per day ranging from 20-70 pounds repeatedly during working hours.

It also requires reaching, squatting, and bending while delivering and merchandising products in the machines across a wide variety of weather conditions.

Ascend and descend commercial (4ft tall) loading docks.

Stairs/steps – Deliveries may require ascending and descending multiple floors via stairs or ladders with products.

The position requires pushing/pulling a hand-truck with up to 550 lbs at times, on an incline or decline throughout the day.

The ability to slide, shift and manipulate equipment weighing up to 800 lbs.

At times (such as peak seasons) this position requires long hours – 10 hours plus per day.

Perks Client Specialist must enter and exit a commercial delivery vehicle multiple times a day.

APPLICANT SKILLSET

Expedience, as Perks Client Specialist must move expeditiously from client-to-client.

Punctuality and an understanding of the importance of meeting deadlines, included but not limited to completing the assigned route work on a day-to-day basis.

Possess a clean driving record and Texas drivers license. A commercial DOT endorsement is NOT required.

Any and all prescription drug use must be authorized, and taken as directed, by a doctor under the explicit knowledge that the position requires driving a commercial vehicle approximately 50% of the workday.

Ability to use a personal computer and handheld or mobile computing devices.

Salary: $22.00 - 24.00 per hour (Determined by experience)
