Novamex markets an array of food and beverage brands in a variety of categories. Each brand is a leader in the Hispanic Industry and is well known to our Hispanic shoppers in the U.S. We are currently seeking a Co-Packing Projects Coordinator to join our growing team in the El Paso, TX area.

Summary

To search Co Packers and make co manufacturing contracts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Seek and create co manufacturing operations contracts with Co packers.
  • Manage the coordination of Co Packers with Operation needs.
  • Responsible for the implementation of New Engineering Projects.
  • Responsible for following the costs of projects.
  • Responsible for following the Project feasibility analysis
  • Process request for all Co packers’ resources needs.
  • Coordinate the incorporation and orientation of new Co Packers with new operations.
  • Assist in maintaining co packers’ procedures of policies and procedures of Novamex, accordingly to each state.

The candidate needs to be self-motivated, organized, and highly productive, with the ability to work well on a diverse and highly qualified team in a fast-paced work environment. Education/Experience:

Chemical Engineer or Industrial Process Engineer (Bottling Processes) Bachelor, with three to five years of related experience in Bottling Processes Engineering, knowledge of Costs and project feasibility analysis, oriented to learning and experience in equipment operation.

Language Ability:

Ability to read and speak English and Spanish to interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Math Ability:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office and Email.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $64,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
