CNC Machinist, Mill & Lathe - Second shifts (4/10's) available.

We are bringing in a 2022 CNC Citizen Swiss style lathe with dual spindles, gang tooling, and mill turn capabilities, and a 2022 CNC DMG Mori NLX 1500 lathe with live tooling, a “Y” axis and dual spindles. Also arriving is a Matsuura 5 axis vertical trunnion mill, and a new wire EDM. We are looking for talented CNC Machinists to work on this state of the art equipment.

We specialize in making custom surgical instruments for Spinal and Orthopedic surgery

We are offering a $750.00 signing bonus after 30 days of employment and another $750.00 bonus after completion of 6 months of continuous employment.

Pay range of $24 to $35 an hour, we offer an extremely competitive benefits package. Pay is based upon skills and experience.

Specifically, we are looking for CNC Machinists with at least 3 years’ machining experience. This position is a highly-collaborative partner in a team environment. The successful candidate will be one who demonstrates the ability to work with team members, management, quality control, vendors, and internal customers.

We require that our newest member understand written and oral instruction as well as quality control guidelines.

Once hired you will be trained on 1st shift, then move to your preferred shift. This will facilitate learning our methods and procedures.

Qualifications

High School diploma/GED

Must have a minimum of 3 years experience

Physical Demands:

Vision correctable to 20/20 with full-color spectrum recognition is required to discern small variances in measurement, material, and quality. This position must be able to visually and physically determine variations within tolerances equal to scalpel sharpness. Predominantly required to sit, stand, walk, and drive as part of the daily routine. Based upon the relationship to manufacturing and production, the ability to move or transport goods and materials, up to 40 pounds is required.
