Paradigm is hiring for machinist, at all skill sets, for multiple shifts. We have opportunities for second shift, weekend shift and some first. We offer competitive pay along with a full benefits package.

Open positions include CNC Mills and Lathes.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Operate mills and/or lathes to produce production parts and prototype parts with minimal supervision.

· Review work orders to obtain part specifications.

· Responsible for setting up tooling and fixtures independently.

· Perform periodic inspections to ensure parts are within required tolerances.

· Knowledgeable and able to operate either Haas or Fanuc controls.

· Able to edit programs under supervision to correct dimensional issues that may arise during initial set-up.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

· High School Diploma or GED; Must have minimum 2 years related work experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· CRITICAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

· Requires reading, writing and basic to intermediate math skills.

· Able to read and understand blueprints and schematics.

· Able to work under tight production deadlines.

· Ability to read and effectively use basic tools such as calipers and micrometers.
