Job Title: CNC Machinist

Job Description:
Industrial Precision is seeking a self-motivated individual to join our team. We are looking for a CNC machinist to help us start a manufacturing division for our business.

Machinist will need to be creative and flexible to handle manufacturing new parts from a print and/or modify parts. Machinist needs to have prior programming experience.

This job will require set up, programming and running jobs in a CNC along with being able to use manual machines.

Job responsibilities include the following:

• Manufacturing parts to print specifications
• Accurately use precision measuring tools
• Use manual and CNC machines
• Program Okuma CNC mill and lathe
• Maintain shop cleanliness and organization
• Operate lifting devices
• May perform other related duties as requested and/or assigned

Candidate qualifications include the following:

• Ability to read machine prints and technical manuals
• Must be a self-starter, well organized and demonstrate attention to detail with a high- level of accuracy
• Position requires frequent standing, climbing, lifting, pulling, pushing, walking, and other movements
• Pay will be dependent on experience

Full-time position that includes healthcare, vision and dental insurance as well as a 401(k) plan.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $45.00 per hour
