This position is operating CNC machines and Robots to perform Laser Heat Treating, Additive Manufacturing and other advanced manufacturing processes.

Essential Job Functions:

• Operate Robots ( we will train you if you have not operated a robot before).
• Load and unload parts.
• Dry run robots.
• Use Microsoft Office tools to implement set up sheets for Shop Floor Set-Up use.
• Perform quality checks on the parts.
• Create paperwork for jobs.
• Able to work weekends and overtime on occasion.
• Perform periodic machine maintenance based on the guidelines provided.
• Other duties as assigned by members of Executive Management.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• A certificate or associate degree from community college in Machine Technology, CNC programming or operations is strongly preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in operating machines in production environment is a must.

Qualities:

# 1 - Passion - Skills can be learnt, but passion can't be.

# 2 - Level headed nature - You could be a genius but if you can't be a good team player, it is of little help for us.

# 3 - Self starter - You have to be go getter. We cannot spoon feed you!

# 4 - Reliability- We are a small team. No call no show doesn't work well with us.

# 5 - Hands on mechanical aptitude - This is a must for us. Either you have it or you don’t.
