We are looking for full-time Certified Nurse Aides (C.N.A.’s) to be a part of our incredible team and who have the same vision.
The available shifts for this position are:
2:00pm – 10:00pm 4 on/2 off schedule
10:00pm – 6:00am 4 on/2 off schedule
Our C.N.A.’s provide each resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 for Full-Time C.N.A.’s
Education/Certification:
- Must have current Certified Nurse Aide certification in the State of Texas.
- Must be in good standing on the Nursing Aide Registry in the State of Texas and the Nurse Aide Misconduct Registry.
Specific Requirements/Qualifications:
- Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served.
- Must be a supportive team member, contribute to and be an example of team work and team concept.
- Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
- Must possess the ability to deal tactfully and cheerfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public.
- Must be able to communicate information concerning a resident’s condition.
- Ability to understand, remember and carry out oral and written instructions in English.
- Must be capable of performing the Essential Job Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodations.
Work Schedule: As assigned; including some weekends, evenings and holidays. Non-Exempt position.
