We are recruiting CNAs to serve as FULL TIME, on-call caregivers to our wonderful clients. This position has GUARANTEED, set hours- so say goodbye to unpredictable shift work!

A successful candidate will work throughout our service area and serve many clients in need. You will be guaranteed set hours and be paid for any travel time you use.

Specifics about this job:

• Work a set schedule of 8, 10, 12 or 14 hours a day (not to exceed 40 hours a week) - schedules are negotiable at the time of hire.
• This position has two pay levels: a competitive on-call rate which is paid during your set work hours whether you are dispatched to a client or not or while traveling. Once assigned to a client your hourly rate increases. These rates are negotiated based on your experience and availability.
• Must be COVID vaccinated.
• In addition to client care, tasks may include providing additional support in conducting introductions between new caregivers and clients

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks etc.)
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene (bathing, bedridden clients, etc.)
• Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the clients (when they are able)
• Do the client’s shopping or accompany them when they shop, or drive them to doctors appointments
• Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own
• Report any unusual incidents and act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

**Some clients may need more specialized assistance with Hoyer Lifts, Transfers, a Memory Care/ Dementia plan, etc** Tell us about your special skills.
