• CNAs -– $2500 Signing Bonus for full time (prorated for PT)

• New Per Diem CNA rates $20/hr. (PLUS shift and $5.00 covid relief pay)

We are currently looking for dedicated people to join our direct care team. The Barron Center is a 219-bed long-term care skilled nursing facility owned and operated by the City of Portland. • Full-Time, Part-Time and Per Diem Positions Available
• Shifts Hiring - 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am

Compensation:

• Union negotiated wages starting between $15.27-$20.84 depending on years of experience.
• Shift differentials vary from $2.00-$5.00 depending on the shift worked.
• Additional $5.00 for each hour worked anticipated until May 2023 (or until the funds run out from our Cares ACT funding)
• Overtime paid by the day, not accumulated week totals

Requirements:

• Must successfully complete a pre-employment physical exam.
• Offers of employment are contingent upon the completion of a satisfactory criminal background check.
• Current CNA License
