POSITION: Cloud Incident Manager
CLEARANCE: Public Trust
LOCATION: Remote
QUALIFICATIONS:
EXPERIENCE:
· Minimum years’ recent Experience requirements:
· 5 years’ experience providing incident triage and management support for IT operations, including IT operations outage incidents.
· 3 years’ experience configuring and implementing Cloud administrative environments and tools.
· Developing, deploying, and troubleshooting Infrastructure as Code (IAC) environments using Hashicorp Terraform; safely and predictably creating, changing, and improving infrastructure.
· Working within a hybrid Cloud environment, e.g., AWS GovCloud, AWS Commercial, and Azure.
EDUCATION:
· Bachelor of Science (BS) in computer science, engineering, math, or similar major.
· Total of 13 years’ relevant Experience in lieu of degree.

License/Certification:
- CISSP (Preferred)
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (Preferred)
