Job Title: Clinician- $2500 Sign-on Bonus!!!
Schedule: Full-Time
General Position Description:
Clinical case management of services for children and youth in therapeutic foster placements to help integrate continuity of care and provide support for GCTFC providers and birth/adoptive parents. Conduct individual and family therapy as appropriate. Serve as primary case manager for assigned caseload.
Education, Experience and Special Skills:
- Must have an MSW and obtain an LCSW within six months
- Excellent report writing skills
- Ability to interact with a wide range of individuals.
- Bi-lingual candidates a plus (language differential)
- Must be culturally competent
- Knowledge of state's human service network.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver's license and insured auto
