Clinical Supervisor/Unit Manager
Job description
The Pines Rehabilitation and Health Center is seeking a qualified and motivated Clinical Supervisor, to work with our Director of Nursing to lead the nursing team by providing clinical leadership and oversight in a 60 bed skilled nursing facility. The Pines Rehabilitation and Health Center is located in beautiful Lyndonville, VT and we provide short & long term nursing/rehabilitation care.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively share the vision of patient centered care and build effective nursing teams.
Minimum qualifications include:
Must be licensed as a Nurse in the State of Vermont with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience working in long term care including 1 year experience in a supervisory role.
Proven experience in nursing leadership and management of day to day operations focusing on continuous quality improvement and patient outcomes.
Basic computer skills and knowledge of Federal and State regulatory and compliance standards.
