Our client is seeking a Clinical Supervisor in the Milwaukee, WI area. Must have a Masters Degree, current LPC or LCSW licensure in the state of WI

Schedule: Monday- Friday, Full Time, Flexible, 1st shift

Pay: Based on years of experience

Travel: Position is office and community based. Some travel will be required within the community and to clients’ homes as needed.

Summary:

• Oversee day to day operations of the team
• Provide clinical oversight
• Screen new referrals
• Perform intakes and initial assessments
• Complete annual evaluations, monthly charts, reviews, etc.
• Complete all documentation in a timely manner
• Ensure the program is adequately staffed
• Provide coverage as needed
• Assess and assist in staff trainings
• Assist and support during crisis situations
• Provide supervision and oversight to intake coordinators
• Attend meetings and trainings as required
• Travel between office, client homes, and the community
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field
• Current Licensure as an LCSW or LPC in the state of WI
• Expierence in a supervisor or management role
• Expierence working in the behavioral health field
• Experience working with individuals experiencing substance abuse, trauma, recovery, and/or co-occurring disorders
• Current drivers license and reliable vehicle

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $63,000.00 per year

License/Certification:

• LCSW or LPC in the state of WI (Preferred)
• Driver's license (Preferred)
