Position Summary:

Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for the daily management of the clinical services at The January Center. The Clinical Supervisor will also ensure treatment fidelity, as well as being a liaison between the January Center and (CTPSB), The Center for Treatment of Problem Sexual Behaviors. This position is exempt and works under the supervision of the Program Director. The eligible candidate for this position would work full time, 40 hours, 1st shift, Monday-Friday. This position includes on call duties as well as occasional weekend and evening availability.

Working within Adult Services, the Clinical Supervisor, within the January Center program works with Community Justice program staff to help to rehabilitate, educate, and successfully guide clients from incarceration back into the community.

Requirements:

• Master's Degree with licensure (LPC, LCSW or LMFT)
• 2 years of related experience in direct service
• Valid Connecticut drivers license
• Regula and predictable attendance is required

Orientation:

If selected for employment with The Connection, newly hired employees starting in January will be required to attend a mandatory two (2) day New Hire Orientation that will be held in our Roscommon office in Middletown.
