Clinical Research Coordinator
Job description
An individual who, under the direction and ongoing supervision of the Principal Investigator, aids in the daily function of clinical research programs being performed by Hope Clinical Research
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
1. Able and willingness to work with COVID patients
2. Communicates effectively and courteously with study patients and sponsors
3. Obtain Informed Consent
4. Collects patient medical history and conditions
5. Demonstrates a caring attitude toward patients and their families
6. Study drug dispense and accountability
7. Collect and evaluate concomitant medication
8. Collect and evaluate medical records for compliance
9. Conduct A/E and SAE for assessments
10. Perform EKG, vital signs and protocol specific procedures
11. Collect and process blood, urine and other speciments
12. Evaluate clinical blood lab reports
13. Maintains office site regulatory files
14. Verify accuracy of data collected, data entry, query resolutions
15. Document temperatures for IP stored on-site
16. Recruit study patients by calling subjects from database
17. Manage all required study startup documentation, training, and timelines on assigned study protocols
18. Other tasks and responsibilities as requested by Hope Clinical Research to facilitate business needs
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS (May include, but are not limited to):
1. Strong written and verbal skills
2. Comprehensive knowledge of FDA, GCP and HIPAA as applied to clinical research
3. Knowledge of current studies being conducted
4. Comprehensive knowledge of company's SOPs, policies and Confidentiality agreements
5. Knowledge of safety hazards and procedures that establish a safe work environment
6. Skilled in computer and data collection software
7. Phlebotomy, EKG, and other technical skills as required per protocol.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATION (May include, but are not limited to):
1. Minimum of two years in clinical research coordinator experience. Experience leading studies.
2. CPR and first aid certification.
3. IATA and/or Safe-T-Pak certification for shipment lab specimens and/or dry ice.
4. GCP and protection of Human Subject Participants.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,518.00 - $4,500.00 per month
