Job Summary

The Administrative Asst will support the leadership team on administrative tasks for Frontage Clinical Services

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist the clinical team in the preparation, handling, distribution, filing, and archiving of clinical documentation and reports according to the scope of work and SOP.
  • Welcomes and directs visitors and clients.
  • Retrieves information as requested from study records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed.
  • Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
  • Coordinates and schedules travel, meetings, and appointments for President and SVP.
  • Prepares agendas and schedules for meetings.
  • Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment.
  • Assists with recording expenses and the use of petty cash.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
