This is a fully remote position within Louisiana. Applicants MUST reside in Louisiana and have RN or LPN Licensure in Louisiana with leadership experience as well as a background in writing policy's for an organization in a prior role. The key initiative for this role is to update and create clinical policy that is compliant with both Corporate and State guidelines.Position Purpose: Research, formulate, maintain, revise, and implement clinical policies and payment policies for all products.
- Analyze and evaluate new and emerging technologies
- Coordinate with corporate on development and communication of clinical and payment policies
- Develop, maintain, and update clinical policies and payment policies
- Monitor associated claims data at a procedural and diagnosis code level to ensure policies are appropriately administered across the enterprise
- Collaborate with medical affairs and other internal departments to provide effective oversight and monitoring of the clinical policy and payment policy process
