NILP is a rapidly growing, human service agency who assists persons with all types of disabilities who wish to live independently in their community throughout Northeast Massachusetts. NILP provides five core services of Advocacy, Peer Counseling, Information and Referral, Independent Living Skills Training, and Transition. Position Overview:
The Clinical Operations Manager will oversee the coordination and quality assurance of clinical operations of the PCA program and provide management and oversight of the Clinical Admin Staff, Nurse Scheduler, Nurse Evaluators, and Independent Contractors: Registered Nurses, Licensed Nurse Practitioners, and Occupational Therapists.

  • What you will be doing:
    Provide supervision and guidance to the PCA Clinical staff and meet with staff regularly to ensure proper staff training and education on program regulations
  • Manage independent contractors (R.N.s, LPNs, O.T.s ) and review all invoices to ensure work has been completed and proper documen-tation submitted
  • Manage the referrals process to ensure timely completion of initial evaluations and annual re-evaluations
  • Work cooperatively with the PCA Manager to ensure the timely provision of quality program services
  • Assist with monthly and quarterly reports to demonstrate program's ability to meet contractual performance standards
  • Other duties as assigned

Who are we looking for?

  • Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of Massachusetts
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Minimum of 3-5 years management experience in the home care industry or disability related organization
  • Ability to manage a caseload
  • Experience working with adults with disabilities preferred
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
