Clinical Helper
The Clinical Helper, under the supervision of the Registered Nurse, provides assistance with personal care activities. Promotes a calm, therapeutic, safe environment using professional communication skills and utilizes principles of caring in a respectful manner.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School graduate or equivalent required
- Current CPR certification
- CPI: Crisis Prevention and Intervention Course
- Effective communication skills
- Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide a safe, age specific and therapeutic patient environment
- Able to wear personal protective equipment as part of infection control guidelines
